Clay Courts

Policies

Dress

Members and Guests are asked to wear customary tennis clothes and tennis shoes. Only non-marking, soft-soled shoes are permitted on the tennis courts.

No-Show Policy

When a game is cancelled, members are asked to notify the Front Desk so that the reserved court may be assigned to someone else. Failure to cancel a court reservation for outdoor courts (including CAP courts) will result in a $10 fee that will be charged to each member holding the reservation. Failure to cancel an indoor court reservation will result in the court fee being billed equally to the members holding the reservation. The third failure to cancel an outdoor CAP court within 2 hours of the court time will result in cancellation of the CAP court. Indoor CAP courts will be sold 20 minutes after CAP play was scheduled to begin.

Registration

All members and guests are required to register at the Front Desk before going onto the courts to play. The staff has been instructed to communicate the assigned court number to the member when the member signs in at the Front Desk.

Reservations

Outdoor Court reservations may be made up to 2 days in advance and for up to 1½ hours of play. Indoor Court reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance. After completing play, additional court time may be reserved if available. All members and their guests need to check in at the Front Desk before play.
