Youth and Teen Fitness

Teens between the ages of 12 and 15 are permitted in the fitness room ONLY:

Teen Workout for 12-15 Year Olds
We believe that children and young adults should be physically fit. As advocates for fitness, we established the Teen Workout program for children 12 to 15 years of age. Our qualified staff oversees Teen Workout to instruct teens on the proper use of equipment, documents correct seat adjustments, and records the appropriate resistance amounts. The goal of Teen Workout is certification, which allows a teen to use the fitness room whenever a parent is present. In order to use the workout room before the age of 16, Teen Workout participation is required. If attending Teen Workout for the first time, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver before participating. Please refer to the schedule for Teen Workout listed below.

August 21 - December 23
Monday through Friday 4:45-6:00pm
Saturday 2:00-5:00pm
Sunday 1:00-3:00pm

December 26 - 28
Wednesday through Friday 4:30-6:00pm

Note: Teen Workout will NOT be held on January 1,
November 22, December 24, December 25, or
December 31.

Teen Certification
A teen needs only to attend Teen Workout 6 times before taking a certification test, administered by one of our trainers. Once certified, teens can workout whenever a parent is with them.
