Personal Training
Personal training is designed to meet your individual goals and needs! It’s a great way to get and stay motivated. Our dedication to each and every client allows you to maximize your efforts while having the constant support of a trained professional.
Personal Training is available to non-members for a one-month trial only. At the end of one month, the non-member must either discontinue training at the Sports Club or become a member.
The cost of personal training is dependent upon the duration of the session and the number of people training at one time.
