Boar’s Head Sports Club is pleased to announce that STOTT PILATES mat and reformer classes are available. One-on-one sessions, 3-4 person group reformer classes as well as mat classes are currently offered.

Classes focus on flexibility while toning and strengthening your abdominal and back musculature. STOTT PILATES has been recognized by Fitness magazine as setting a high standard in Pilates education and Boar’s Head is proud to have STOTT PILATES trained instructors teaching our classes!
