Policies
We are a family friendly Club! For everyone’s enjoyment of the facilities, we have established a few policies concerning children at the Sports Club.
Children under the age of 13 are asked to be enrolled in Kid’s Club, a Multipurpose Room class, Swim Team, Junior Tennis, or another supervised activity to be on property without a parent or guardian.
Children under age 13 not participating in a structured program are asked to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 15 years old.
Babysitters
Babysitters caring for children at the Boar’s Head Sports Club must be at least 15 years old. Non-member babysitters will be charged the standard $10 guest fee.
As an alternative, members may choose to purchase a babysitter pass. Babysitter passes are only available during the summer and may be purchased weekly, monthly or for the full summer. Please check with the Recreation Department for more information.
Attire
Please limit swimming attire to the pool areas. Shoes and shirts/ cover- ups are required in the Club lobby and Café. Thank-you.
Shoes
In an effort to provide our members with the best facilities, only non- marking, soft-soled shoes are permitted on racquet sports courts. No track,
running, or basketball shoes are permitted on the
clay courts. No running shoes or black soled shoes will be permitted on tennis or squash courts.
Guests
Guests, whether adult or child, must sign the Guest Book and complete a waiver form at the Front Desk before using the Sports Club facilities. Guest may use the Club facilities no more than twice per month and must be accompanied by a member. The guest fee of $10 is payable by the member or guest.
