Reservation Information and Rates
Reservations for Child Care are required and taken on a first come first serve basis no more than 48 hours in advance. We recommend that you stop by the Child Care or call 434-244-2430 to make your reservation.
Prime Time
Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
- Fees
- Members $6.00/hour + $3/hour each additional child
- Non-members $8.00/hour + $4/hour each additional child
Regular Time
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m.; 11:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

- Members $4.00/hour + $2.00/hour each additional child
- Non-members $6.00/hour + $3.00/hour each additional child
- Members $4.00/hour + $2.00/hour each additional child
Additional Fees
- No reservation fee: $2.00/hour
- Late pick-up fee: $5.00; $1/minute after 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; after 1:00 p.m. Saturday
- Out of ratio fee: $5.00
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your reservation by 8:30 a.m. Cancellation of your reservation will help us avoid having to turn down another member’s participation in our Child Care program. “No Shows” will be charged for the amount of time that was reserved.
